What foods can i

get my macros from?

What are Macros?

This sounds too good to be true...

Macros is short for macronutrients. There are 3 macronutrients that contribute to the calories we intake everyday. They are your proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Each body type requires certain amount of each. Having a proper balance of each for your body type will enable you to accomplish your fitness goals!

Everything we eat consists of macros. Some foods might be higher in protein, while others might be higher in fats or carbohydrates. The nice thing about macro dieting is that it's "flexible dieting." This will enable to not only eat right for you type but also allow you to enjoy some of your favorite food as long as it fits within your macronutrient goal. So if you want ice cream and it fits your macros? Go for it! pizza? Sure! Chocolate? Why not!

I thought the same thing when I first stumbled across flexible dieting and the macro diet. I had been dieting clients for years and noticed one thing... that everyone would always cheat on their diets even if they maintained weight training goals and their personal fitness. Then I started implementing their favorite foods in to their meal plans and noticed significant results with clients being able to stay on track all while getting their desired results.

Stop procrastinating and let me change your life today!

To understand this you must first understand that your body doesn't know the difference between a "good macronutrient" or a "bad macronutrient" all your body knows is that 1 gram of carbohydrate and 1 gram of protein equal to be 4 calories each, and that 1 gram of fat is equals to be 9 calories. So it doesn't matter what foods you get your calories from, all that matters is that your have a proper macronutrient balance as well at the proper amount of calories based off your body type, activity level and goal!
